2) Payment Terms: Net 30 days – Freight collect
3) Terms & Conditions of Sale: VANEC standard unless expressly agreed in writing by an authorized VANEC officer of the corporation.
4) Returned Goods: All sales are final. Return goods require prior authorization from VANEC and are subject to restocking charges. All returned goods must be in “Like new” condition.
5) Delivery: All quoted deliveries from stock, and/or delivery promises are subject to prior sale.
